6. Materials & Ownership

All lighting, clips, cords, timers, and materials remain the property of SoCal Light, LLC.
Customers lease these materials for the season.
All materials must be removed by our team at the end of the service period.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made after materials are prepared or installed may incur fees.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed at our discretion based on service stage.
8. Warranty & Performance
We guarantee the performance of our lighting during the service period.
If lights fail due to installation or product issues:
We will repair or replace them at no additional cost.
Issues caused by customer tampering, weather, electrical problems, or animals may incur service fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SoCal Light, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
