6. Materials & Ownership

  • All lighting, clips, cords, timers, and materials remain the property of SoCal Light, LLC.

  • Customers lease these materials for the season.

  • All materials must be removed by our team at the end of the service period.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made after materials are prepared or installed may incur fees.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed at our discretion based on service stage.

8. Warranty & Performance

We guarantee the performance of our lighting during the service period.
If lights fail due to installation or product issues:

  • We will repair or replace them at no additional cost.

  • Issues caused by customer tampering, weather, electrical problems, or animals may incur service fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SoCal Light, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
